Osteria Emilia is a new restaurant concept that melds Northern Italian flavors with a Midwest supper club vibe. It’s housed in the Pioneer Founders Building at the former Piggy’s location. Renovations commenced in March 2025. The design intent was to create a welcoming, casual gathering spot where locals can enjoy hearty food and good company that “nonna” would approve of.
